Yvon’s retired and his last vintage was in 2009. Until Thibaud completed his studies and his internship in Domaine Hudelot-Noellat in 2013 and 2014, there was no wine bottled by the domaine as the grapes were sold to Domaine Henri Boillot.
Thibaud took the lead of the family domaine in 2015. At the tender age of 24 years old with his first vintage under his belt, announcing the re-birth of this domaine. Since Thibaud's arrival, the Clerget estate has not only had a new face, it has a new destiny. Trained in France and abroad, this wine-trotter keeps his feet on the ground: from the vine to the marketing, Thibaud is on all fronts. His ambition? Always take your wines further. His outlook, his humility and his taste for adventure make him one of the most promising winegrowers of his generation.
